Our April Model Citizens! Or should we say our courageous April Model CItizens☀️ Our character trait for the month of April was courage, and these students each showed that trait. Congratulations!

Recently a couple of our elementary classes had the opportunity to visit for a tour and a brief presentation about the wildlife that they rescue! Our students got to meet some of the amazing birds of prey at the wildlife center, like the Great Horned Owl! Later they had the chance to gently pet a couple of animals, including a tortoise. Thank you to the staff at Chintimini, our students had a great time!

KVCS will be hosting an open house tour this Thursday, May 4th at 4:30pm! Come learn about what KVCS has to offer, including small class sizes, transportation to surrounding areas, and after school clubs! We hope to see you there!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! We wanted to take the time to thank our staff and teachers here at KVCS for all of the hard work (seen and unseen) that they do! Without them, none of this would be possible! They show up everyday rain or shine ready to help students to learn and grow. We can’t thank them enough!

Repost from : We recently welcomed 9 students from the Kings Valley Charter School CTE class for a full mill tour experience. The visit began at Patrick Hardwoods, where students saw how logs are transformed into lumber, and finished here at Patrick Lumber to explore the manufacturing side of the process. Always a great day sharing our work with the next generation.
