At Oglala Sioux Lakota Nursing Home, we are proud to be creating more than jobs -we are building futures, strengthening our community, and honoring the generations who came before us.

Located just 2 miles south of Pine Ridge in White Clay, Nebraska, we are blessed to have many of our own Lakota young adults choosing a career of service by caring for our elders. Several of our team members are Lakota Tech High School graduates who first walked our halls as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students completing their clinical hours. Today, they have chosen to stay, serve, and give back to the very community that helped shape them.

Our nursing home offers career opportunities across nine different departments, including Nursing, Activities, Housekeeping, Dietary, and many more. Whether you're just beginning your career or looking for a new path, there is a place for you here.
