Congratulations to Akicita Lakota Veteran's Executive Director and All Relations United Director Bryan Brewer who received the Navy Popeye Award recognizing his outstanding service and dedication.

This award is named after Popeye the Sailor Man, who symbolizes bravery and resilience. It's given to sailors who show exceptional performance and commitment, reflecting the values associated with naval service.

During World War II, Popeye was depicted serving aboard battleships alongside other sailors.
