Marcel LeBrun, a Canadian tech entrepreneur, didn't just build homes—he built a pathway. His project, 12 Neighbours in Fredericton, New Brunswick, created 99 tiny homes paired with paid employment and skill-building opportunities. By weaving housing together with meaningful work, he's tackling homelessness in a way that honors dignity and independence.

It's a reminder that sustainable solutions come when we think beyond the immediate need. When someone has a home and a job and a community, they're not just surviving—they're rebuilding. That's the kind of systemic thinking our culture needs more of.
