Dear Tenants,
This letter is to remind all tenants and guests of CDTHA parking policy regarding the use of lawns and common areas.

As stated in policy:
Section E.4: Vehicles may not be parked on the street or in a manner that extends into the street. Vehicles may not be parked in yards or lawns of common areas. Guests may park their vehicle in a resident’s driveway, carport, or garage, or other designated parking areas when visiting a resident, but must ensure that they are parked in a location which does not block any neighbor’s access or restrict traffic flow within the subdivision.

Parking on lawns or common areas is not permitted under any circumstances. Please ensure that all vehicles, including those belonging to guests, are parked only in approved locations.

🌙🐾 Friendly Reminder

We’ve received complaints about dogs barking late at night, especially around 2:00 AM. We all love our pets, but the noise can make it hard for neighbors to get the rest they need.

If you can, please consider bringing your furry friends inside at night or finding other ways to help keep them calm and quiet. A little extra care goes a long way in keeping our community peaceful and comfortable for everyone.

CDTHA Low-Rent Tenants

As part of our routine maintenance, CDTHA has scheduled roof inspections at our rental units. These inspections will be conducted by New Heights Roofing over the next few days.

You may see their team on-site during this time. There is no need for concern — this is a standard maintenance procedure to ensure our properties remain in good condition.
