Hello everyone! Welcome to my campaign page. Allow me a moment to introduce myself to those who are new and to reintroduce myself to those who I’ve known for years. It’s important to me that my supporters know who I am as a person, first.
I was born in 1972 and was raised in Point Pleasant, Mason County Wv. I grew up along side many of the residents of this county and continued to raise my children here as well — which is a commonality I can assume many of us share. I am the oldest of my three younger brothers, Brent, Brian, and Beau. Being the oldest of four boys, in short, means I do rather well under pressure. I attended North Point Elementary, Point Pleasant Jr High and Point Pleasant High School. I excelled academically and was involved in many extracurricular activities through school as well as through the community. Eventually, I worked my way through College (Marshall University) at my family business that my son and I, now operate. I then continued my education in Washington D.C. through the National Automobile Dealer Association.
Through the “John Sang Ford” car dealership, my father started across the river (respectively named after him) I had the opportunity to talk to many, many people over the years. It was through these people and great conversations that I gained a better understanding of the wants and needs of the community.
Community is very important to my family and since I have used this word numerous times I’d like to better explain; Community is about fellowship, connection, and commonality. As a long time resident of Mason county, I’ve seen what our community can do and the impact we can have. As a community, let’s make a difference.
It’s time Mason County.
