Job description:
Recreation and Concession Attendant
Job Summary
The Recreation and Concession Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests using recreational facilities and concession areas. This position assists visitors, maintains facility cleanliness and safety, sells food and beverages, handles credit/debit transactions, and supports recreational programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Operate concession stands, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain food safety standards.
Process credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
Monitor recreational facilities to ensure guest safety and compliance with rules.
Set up and take down equipment for activities, events, and programs.
Maintain cleanliness of concession areas, recreational spaces, and equipment.
Restock concession supplies and inventory as needed.
Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
Assist with special events, tournaments, and community recreation programs.
Report safety hazards, equipment damage, or incidents to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
