PSU ASPRS GIS Club We are the Portland State University Student Chapter of ASPRS GIS Club. Our page is open to students, faculty, friends, and our GIS community.

PSU's Student chapter of ASPRS GIS Club welcomes all students, faculty and friends interested in GIS to follow us and get involved! Stay up to date on events and GIS related happenings in your community, even if you aren't an ASPRS member. Are events and meetings are open to members and non-members. When the power goes out in winter, the cold can be deadly--but even without power, there are still ways to warm things up. Closing blinds and curtains and closing room doors can help contain heat, and stuffing towels in the cracks under doors can help keep the warmth in. Donโ€™t forget about eating and staying hydrated - food provides energy to warm the body.

Confirmed overnight cooling centers in the Portland area will open Tuesday (7/26) at 2 p.m. at the following locations:

Charles Jordan Community Center: 9009 N. Foss Ave., Portland
East Portland Community Center: 740 S.E. 106th Ave., Portland
Portland Building: 1120 S.W. 5th Ave., Portland
Sunrise Center: 18901 E. Burnside, Portland

A daytime cooling center will be open Tuesday (7/26), from 2 to 10 p.m., at the following location: Old Town: 435 N.W. Glisan St., Portland.
