The American people will always unite against dire threats, rising to whatever challenge is before us. Regarding the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor by forces of Imperial Japan, the movie "Pearl Harbor" has Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto say, “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.”

Thirty-four years later, a generation of pre- and young adults brought about the end of the Vietnam conflict by their willingness to 'put their money where their mouth was' - joining nationwide protests until they could no longer be ignored. To stop the legislative storm that seeks to exterminate wildlife species, we must raise our own powerful storm. You may wonder if it's too late to save some species, but history has proven that when large numbers of concerned citizens peacefully, lawfully, and publicly make a stand - legislators begin to listen. The media begins to listen. Changes are made! Be filled with a terrible resolve. You are their only hope.
