When shopping for new light bulbs, know the difference between the lumens and watts. Lumens measure the amount of light the bulb produces. Watts measure the energy consumption.

Imagine a life without electricity. No heat to keep your family warm in the winter. No refrigerator to keep your food fresh. No light for your kids to do their homework by.
This year, one in three Oregonians will face this possibility.
As Oregon’s cost of living continues to rise, more of our neighbors are struggling to cover basic expenses like rent, groceries, medicine, and utilities. This also means that an unexpected medical emergency, layoff, or car accident can be financially catastrophic - and can force impossible decisions. Do you pay the rent or do you buy groceries? Do you pick up your medication, or do you pay the electric bill?
We believe no one should have to make these choices.
