A few residents have reported errors when attempting to cancel a previously scheduled reservation and trying to select a new time slot.

When cancelling a reservation, be sure to cancel the reservation for each member who was scheduled to attend.

If a reservation was made for 3 people, be sure to cancel the reservation for each person one-by-one.

To check if you have cancelled a reservation for everyone that was scheduled:

On cascades.getomnify.com hover over your profile in the top right corner, and select “view profile.”

This should bring you to a page with your schedule. Select the arrow to the right of your name and check the schedule for each person on your account to be sure each person has had their reservation cancelled.

Once each person’s reservation has been cancelled you should be able to make a new reservation for the same day.

These options for making changes will be available until 4 p.m. Saturday, July 18. No additional changes will be accepted after 4 p.m., Saturday, July 18.

Parents/guardians who need language assistance also can call the LCPS hotline at 571-252-6499 through 5 p.m. Friday.

Final confirmation messages will be sent to parents at 4 p.m. on Monday, July 20, with the selection that will be effective for each student for the first semester of the 2020-2021 school year.
