This Memorial Day, the Cobb Solicitor General’s Office honors the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation and the protection of our freedoms. From the Civil War to World Wars I and II and every conflict since, generations of Americans made the ultimate sacrifice for ideals greater than themselves.

We remember the fallen with gratitude and humility, mindful that freedoms secured through courage and sacrifice must never be taken for granted. Their service helped preserve liberty, confront tyranny and injustice, and shape the nation we continue striving to improve today.

May we honor their legacy by choosing unity over division, service over selfishness, and peace over conflict. We pray for the souls of the fallen, the strength of our military families, and the continued safety of the men and women who wear the uniform today.

As a parent of two active boys, I’ve learned how important it is to keep kids engaged during breaks with sports, chores, work, volunteering, or fun activities. Positive outlets matter now more than ever.

I love hiring neighborhood kids to dog sit because they earn money, build confidence, and learn responsibility. Keeping kids active, involved, and connected to community can make such a positive difference.

I am humbled and deeply grateful to Cobb County for the honor of serving as your Solicitor General for four more years.

This morning, I began the day focused on the future of strengthening our Smart Choices Program, expanding our support for local nonprofits through our time, talent and treasure, and continuing to advance restorative justice through education, empathy and excellence.

Thank you to my incredible campaign team, my family, and my office family for believing in me and helping carry us to victory. I remain committed to serving every Cobb resident with integrity, fairness, compassion, and the grit required to create progress and improve lives.

I want to thank my incredible team for powering this campaign, keeping me grounded and lifting my spirits through the toughest days. To my family, thank you for loving me through the hard moments and helping me cross the finish line once again.

Tonight, I’m stepping away from campaign mode to celebrate an 8th grade blessing with my 8th grader and there’s truly nothing sweeter than watching our children grow.
