Prestonsburg Police Department Shop With A Cop The Shop With A Cop program was established in December of 1998. The program joins children who are in need with local law enforcement officers. Adam Dixon

The Shop With A Cop Program was established in December of 1998. The program provides children with money to shop for Christmas presents, provides them with food, and warm clothes for the Holiday Season. The Program is funded completely from donations and benefits the children of Floyd County. Any and all donations are appriciated. For donations or information on the program contact:
