Take a Stand Against Gun VIolence on the One-Year Anniversary of the Tucson Shootings — Too Many Vic

Too Many Victims Lost to Gun Violence

Fellowship in Prayer is proudly cosponsoring a special event this Sunday, January 8, 2012 along with Mercer County Million Mom March, Coalition for Peace Action, and the Trenton NAACP Branch.

This candlelight vigil is part of the nationwide Brady Campaign to honor the victims of gun violence.

This candlelight vigil will be held in Princeton from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Niles Chapel of Nassau Presbyterian Church, 61 Nassau Street (across from Palmer Square) Princeton, New Jersey 08542

This is an INTERFAITH VIGIL — ALL interested in preventing gun violence invited to attend. Words of concern and support from various clergy, victims/survivors of gun violence, gun violence prevention advocates and Senator Frank R. Lautenberg.

***Enter small door on right front of church and go to Niles Chapel down hall and to the right. Metered on-street parking on Nassau and adjoining streets. Other parking includes the Princeton University lot behind Thomas’ Sweets off Nassau Street, the Parking Garages behind Palmer Square on Hulfish Street and on Chambers Street (pick up a $1.00 off coupon in the narthex). Reduced-price coupon for the Chambers Street parking garage is also available in the narthex. Limited handicapped parking on church grounds.
