Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory's Science Education Department

Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory's Science Education Department We provide educational programs for undergraduate and community college students, K-12 teachers and students of all ages and backgrounds.

...where we combine the core research activities of the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) with science education programs to create a center of excellence for students, teachers and the general public. We contribute to the training of the next generation of scientists and engineers, collaborate with K-12 teachers on ways to improve science teaching using an inquiry-based approach to learning, and improve the science literacy of the community at large.
