The Palette Fund

The Palette Fund Honoring the legacy of Rand Harlan Skolnick through collaborative grant-making. Focus is on the LGBT Community, Pancreatic Cancer & Future Philanthropists.

The Palette Fund is dedicated to breaking down barriers and advancing social change in communities that are under-resourced and facing significant challenges. The foundation supports trailblazers creating change throughout the world and places a priority on funding collaborative partnerships among organizations that strengthen the health and leadership of the LGBTQ community and next generation of

philanthropists. Honoring the philanthropic legacy and pioneering vision of our co-founder Rand Harlan Skolnick, who lost his battle to pancreatic cancer in July 2008, a portion of our grant making supports patient services and breakthrough discoveries that impact individuals and families facing this disease.

So often we think that we can't be transparent with our donors. We think that we will lose credibility and in turn, lose our funding. A competent donor finds the time to listen and help you find a solution and if they don't have an answer, they will do what is best to direct you in the right direction. Here's a little something if you're going through a rough time. Source: Nonprofit Hub

Sometimes being transparent is all it takes to keep those donors coming back. Don't worry, they just want to know what awesome stuff you're up to.

Congratulations to Shraysi Tandon and the incredible team behind the Invisible Hands Premiere at the United Nations Headquarters last night. What a powerful documentary. We can't wait for it to be shared with the world. So much work to be done!

Invisible Hands is the first feature documentary that exposes child labor and child trafficking within the supply chains of the world's biggest corporations.

Tomorrow the UN MGCY, along side our fellow supporters Humanity United and The Palette Fund will be at UNHQ in New York for the Premiere.
