Be aware and pay attention!!!

Striping operations are taking place today on US 287 in Chillicothe and Quanah. Crews will be replacing the stop bars and crosswalks at the signals. Minimal delays are possible. Stay work zone aware if traveling in the area.

We held officer elections tonight and the positions are as follows:
Fire Chief - Casey Oneal
1st Asst. Chief - Heath McAllister
2nd Asst.Chief - Michael Woods
President - Ricky Deel
Vice-President - John Cato
Secretary - Cheyne Nava
Asst.Secretary - John Simmons
Chaplain - Trevor Ray

We also amended our by-laws to state, effective 1-1-26, that the minimum age to apply for a position is 18 years of age. Must have a diploma or GED.

We currently have Five open positions and applications can be picked up at the Fire Dept office at City Hall.
