Very emotional trip to Nayamba Primary School in Chisamba. The enthusiasm, dedication and JOY at this school are overflowing!

Remember the school that said, "We've never needed shelves because we've never had anything to put on them before?" Well, this is the one!

Now there is a BEAUTIFUL, diverse school library, as well as a mini-library in each classroom Pre-K to 8.

One of the shelves had books from my own previous class library, and of course I burst into tears to see them being so loved ♥️📖♥️

Good news, friends and supporters! I am finally going to make it down to Livingstone to visit Siankaba School and Hoop Dreams Africa! Next weekemd, expect some photos/videos of your donations at work ♥️🙂🇿🇲📚🏐♥️

As many of you may know, we were supposed to be working and LIVING near the recieving school, but sadly, the lodge deal fell through.

It worked out for the best in the long run, but we are disappointed not to be seeing the community's enjoyment of the items daily.

Not to worry, though. We will be making regular trips to beautiful Southern Province, and will report back often.

Feeling my dear friend Wendy's spirit as I prepare to visit the recipients of the sports equipment she and Rich so generously donated, transported, and loaded. ❤️🏀⚽️❤️

We did it, friends!!! Over 30,000 books and several tons of sports equipment is on its way to under-resourced communities in Zambia! 🇿🇲

So proud to say we are just about ready to ship over 15,000 pounds of books; plus sports equipment, sets of brand new team uniforms, laptops, board games, Legos, and “period packs” to keep girls in school!
