Did you know that 6 of our current city council members have already been in office for a decade? Or that three of them have served over two decades?

No one should be in the same elected office for 20+ years. Term limits are a must, especially at the local level where the potential for change is greatest!!!

If we have non-partisan elections, what happens to party primaries?

The primary election will happen as usual. However, it will become a non-partisan primary in which all candidates appear on the ballot. The top two vote getters move on to the consolidated election ballot in April.
