DAY 1 of the #charlottenc event🇺🇸💪....

Soldiers in their last week of Recruiting School get the opportunity to travel to different cities to share their Army Story. This also gives them a chance to put in action things they’ve learned during their training. The city for this class is #charlotte.

With day one coming to an end, one of the teams meet with 1SG Downin to talk about how the day went. Tomorrow this same team will be doing PT with community members at one of the local parks.

If you’re in the Charlotte area and see a man or woman in uniform stop and ask them to share their #armystory. You might be surprised why they joined and where they’re from.

Things aren't always what they seem, nor are they always as obvious as our minds might have us believe. Unfortunately, many people avoid even the consideration or thought of joining the #ArmyTeam based on these things, these misconceptions.

We challenge those that can to act and do! Simply consider serving and inquire seriously. Not all that do will join, but many others will! Those that would choose to serve will do so because of something learned, something that removed and misconceptions with factual information!
