Last week, some of our team had the chance to attend the National Opportunities Exchange Conference, and it was an incredible reminder of why professional development matters so much in our field. When we invest in learning, collaboration, and innovation, our programs — and the providers we serve — grow stronger.

We’re especially proud of Amanda and Rebekah, who presented on the amazing work Iowa’s coaches are doing to support child care programs. Their session highlighted real strategies, real progress, and the real impact coaching has across our state.

From connecting with national partners to sharing Iowa’s success stories, this conference energized our team and reinforced our commitment to supporting providers with the highest level of quality and care.
