The Leadership Foundry (LF) is one of seven business units at Xator Corporation. Started in 2006, the LF has grown, delivering seminars of its highly sought-after Leadership Challenge Program (LCP) seminar series, which focuses on both leadership and diversity. Helping your leaders work through change, conflict, and more. We have worked with over 45,000 participants worldwide.
