A great community event! If you are around the day after Thanksgiving, it is worth attending.

Reston Association will be one of the participants in the 29th Annual Reston Holiday Parade on Friday, Nov. 29. The Reston Town Center event has been ranked as one of the best parades in the country by USA Today. The parade begins at 11 a.m. and includes Macy's-style balloons, musician, dancers and appearances by various community groups.

If you have missed it, the intersection of Route 7 and Reston parkway will be closed from 8 p.m. on Friday, 10/18/19 until 5 a.m. on Monday, 10/21/19. Residents will be able to get to their homes off of Reston Parkway, but there will be no thru traffic. Route 7 will have single lane closures throughout the weekend.
