💦🎯 Think you've got what it takes?

Our members will be taking their turn in the Dunk Tank on Friday, June 5, at the Quakertown Fire Department Carnival!

Be sure to bring some cash, test your aim, and send Chief Studenroth, Lt Slifer, Lt Turchick, FF Clark, and a few others in for a splash.

It's all in good fun and a great way to support your local fire companies while enjoying the carnival.

Congratulations to one of our own, Sarah Markley, on an outstanding achievement!

Sarah recently earned her Certified Borough Official (CBO) certification through the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs. This accomplishment required over 80 hours of additional training focused on municipal government operations and serving the residents of Richlandtown.

Many of us know Sarah through her service and dedication as a member of RFC. We are proud of her achievement and the positive impact she continues to make in our community. Please join us in congratulating Sarah on this well-deserved accomplishment!

In case you were wondering why our office is closed it is because our Borough Council President, Mayor, and Secretary are all away at the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs conference. Our Secretary, Sarah Markley, just earned her CBO (Certified Borough Official) certificate. This means she had to complete over 80 hours of additional training where she learned how to better assist Richlandtown. We are all so proud of her and want to say congratulations on this wonderful achievement!

🚨 AUTO EXTRICATION 36-02 🚨
RFC was dispatched to the intersection of Richlandtown Pike and California Road at 9:21am. Engine 36-1 arrived on scene and Captain 36 confirmed the report of entrapment, establishing California Road Command. Engine crew immediately began cribbing operations, initiated a door pop and patient care while Engine 36 arrived and deployed a dry line from Engine 36-1.

West End Fire Company, and Richland Township Fire & Rescue arrived assisting with extraction operations utilizing tools from Rescue 18. Extrication was complete at 0946 and patient was transported by Medic 108.

Great teamwork from everyone involved — all companies worked seamlessly together to bring the incident to a successful outcome.

Thank you to the companies of Fire Police who assisted with road closures securing the scene: Coopersburg Fire Rescue, Perkasie Fire Company No. 1, Palisades Regional Fire Rescue and Milford Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1.

This Memorial Day weekend, we honor and remember the brave men and women who selflessly defended our nation and made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy today. Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten 🇺🇸

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of former member Marie Vargo. Marie was a dedicated member of the Richlandtown Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and spent countless hours assisting with events, especially our hoagie fundraiser.

Please keep her family in your prayers during this difficult time. We are especially keeping her grandson, Chief Mike Studenroth, and great-grandson, Austin Studenroth, in our thoughts and prayers.

Rest in peace, Marie.
