Thank you everyone so far in this journey to fight senseless and unnecessary street sweeping. We have had our voices heard at the City Council but they will continue unnecessary sweeping operations. Please stay tuned for updates as we will continue to work for a resolution to the matter.

This Tuesday, April 1st at 5:00 PM, Richmond City Council will be holding an on-agenda public response about the expanded street sweeping enforcement.

This is our chance to demand answers, transparency, and fairness. If you live in a neighborhood affected by this policy—especially one with limited or no overflow parking—your voice is critical.

🏛️ Where: Richmond City Hall – 450 Civic Center Plaza
🕔 When: Tuesday, April 1st – Arrive by 5:00 PM
🎤 Why: We need the City to pause enforcement until real need and logistics are addressed.

🚗 Street sweeping is great—when it’s needed. And when there’s plenty of parking, no problem.

❌ But forcing it where it’s NOT needed—where parking is already scarce—is just mindless enforcement.
