Mae Lillie Designs Praise Garments

My mother was my biggest supporter and inspiration in my life. She possessed a sweet Godly spirit and influenced the lives of countless children. She loved the Lord and served Him faithfully. She loved to hear good singing and to see her grand-daughters and I dance before the Lord. I always danced from early childhood into adult life and when I got saved I began to dance for the glory of the Lord

. My daughters danced in ministry and later joined me in the Latreia Dance Ministry. I began to sew garments for our dancers because of the cost of garments and our desire to have elegant garments. I am not a trained seamstress, so at first I sewed tops by hand without patterns. God then blessed me with a sewing machine and I made palazzo pants and tops. In January, 2014, God gave me the vision of starting my own liturgical praise dance line with outfits, flags and streamers. This is the beginning of the vision! When deciding on a name for the line I chose Mae Lillie Designs in honor of my mother. I know that she would be so honored to have ministers of dance wearing garments bearing her name. Although I am not a professional seamstress, God continues to bless me with insight and direction and I know that my skill level will increase as I continue to live out the vision. I am so thankful for the opportunity to produce these items. I am especially happy with the reversible handkerchief overlay top & skirt that I designed and the versatility it provides for ministers of dance. My mother passed away in 2011 but her memory, spirit, and legacy lives on in each one of us as we live out God's plan for us. To God be the Glory!
