You learned your letters, sounded out your first words, counted, shared, and learned how to be a good friend all school year long.

And you did something no Scholarship Prep Riverside Scholar has ever done before. You are the founding kindergarten class, the very first Scholars to ever walk across our promotion stage!

This morning, you celebrated with your families, friends, and your Scholarship Prep teachers, and we could not be more proud!

This morning, our Kindergarten families joined us on campus for a sweet Luau Breakfast to celebrate all the hard work, growth, and joy our scholars have shown this year as we get closer to Kindergarten Promotion.

Watching families share breakfast, smiles, hugs, and special memories with their little scholars made for such a beautiful and heartwarming morning during our unforgettable founding year.

At Scholarship Prep Riverside, pep rallies aren't just a break from the school day. They're a reminder of what we're building together.

From TK all the way up to 8th grade, Scholars pack the basketball court, bring their loudest cheers, and go head-to-head in friendly competitions that cross grade levels and classrooms. Whether it's a cup challenge, a dance-off, or a chant showdown between classes, everyone has a role to play.

Pep rallies give Scholars a chance to show up for each other in a different way. And the excitement level? You have to feel it it to believe it.

At Scholarship Prep Riverside, Scholars don’t just learn about STEM… they build it, test it, and perfect it. 🔬🧪

Every Friday is dedicated to hands-on STEM work: asking big questions, designing creative solutions, and experimenting with ideas that don’t always work the first time (or the second!). 🚀🪐

Last week’s STEM Open House gave families a window into that process. Scholars led demonstrations, explained their prototypes, and walked parents through their engineering thinking with the kind of confidence that comes from actually doing the work. They weren’t just presenting; they were teaching! 🛠️🤖

This is learning in action at Scholarship Prep, and we love it when our families join us on campus to experience it firsthand.

🏆 Riverside, we feel the love! 🏆

Scholarship Prep Riverside has been named the First Place winner of the 2026 Exterior Remodel and Reconstruction Award by Keep Riverside Clean & Beautiful (KRCB).

This facility was completely reimagined to become a tuition-free TK–8 public charter school serving Riverside families and the surrounding communities. In our first year, our small school has been embraced in a big way!

But what makes us proud is not just how it looks. It’s what’s happening inside.
Students growing in confidence. Teachers who know every child by name. Strong academics. Arts. Athletics. Real relationships.

To the families who chose to start this journey with us in our very first year, thank you. You helped bring this school to life.

We’re kicking off Winter Break with a standing ovation moment at Scholarship Prep Riverside.

Last week, TK–7th grade Scholars took the stage for our first-ever Winter Dance Showcase, wrapping up the semester with confidence, teamwork, and creativity after weeks of practice. Guided by Ms. Yvette, a Special Education Aide with 30 years of experience as a dance educator and a lifelong performer, Scholars learned routines during electives, after-school programs, and even classroom “brain breaks.”

Families filled the campus, cheers filled the black top, and our Scholars closed out the first semester with a performance that reflected their hard work and growth.

Wishing our Scholars and families a restful, joyful winter break. We’ll see you in the new year!
