Cemetery Administrative Specialist Training at Riverside National Cemetery
Riverside National Cemetery was honored to host the latest Cemetery Administrative Specialist (CAS) Training, bringing together dedicated professionals from across the National Cemetery Administration. This program equips Cemetery Administrative Specialists with the essential knowledge and skills needed to support NCA’s mission of honoring our Nation’s Veterans with dignity, respect, and the highest standards of service.

Throughout the week, students engaged in hands‑on learning focused on eligibility, customer service, committal service procedures, records management, and the critical role CAS professionals play in upholding National Shrine Standards.
