Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota has received a $3,000 grant from the Clinic Foundation to be used for Child and Family Services. With these funds, we will provide perinatal mental health education for new and expectant mothers to make sure moms are taken care of and have the resources they need!
We are proud to receive this grant and even prouder to serve our community. Thank you, Mankato Clinic Foundation!

In the month of July we provided 494 packs of diapers, 7 portable cribs, 12 payments of rent or utilities, 13 bundles of love, and 12 infant car seats. This is over 325 families who received last month!

Through our financial assistance, diaper banks, parenting education and adoption services, we reach over 900 families a year in Child and Family Services. One parent recently shared "Catholic Charities is making life easier for a lot of families. Giving people a lot of hope to keep moving on."

We partnered with CLUES - Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio to bring diapers to their food distribution in Austin, MN today, and provided 55 families with diapers and wipes!

Get to know our waiting adoptive families!
Chuck and Amy and their son Connor are trying out as many mini golf places as they can this summer. They voted Chuck most likely to have the best putt, but Amy and Connor get the most trick shots! So far, their favorite regional course was at Lark Toys, since it has multiple water features and a big waterfall.
