I am not a career politician, yet I have spent the past fifteen years of my life in service to my family and community as a servant, an advocate for victims of violent crime and an advocate for children. In May of 1999, I became a victim of violent crime, the mother of a young child who was kidnapped, r***d, and strangled. That event changed my life dramatically and the circumstances led me on a p
ath I never could have imagined. Nothing I do can ever bring Andi back, but I know that I can use that event as the impetus to make a difference in the lives of my family members and my community. My life experience has placed me in a unique position to respond to this unexpected calling: a calling to serve the people of Arkansas. My career as a consultant training law enforcement on the family perspective of child abduction and the National AMBER Alert has opened my eyes and given me a passion for law enforcement officers and crime victims alike. My belief in the 2nd Amendment will never waiver. I will not vote to infringe on Arkansas gun rights. I am for limited government and lower taxes. I believe in hard work. I believe in integrity. I will fight for the issues important to my constituents.
