On the evening of March 18th, I attended the monthly meeting of the Phelps Health Board of Trustees at the hospital. I was appointed to the board as an advisory member in August 2023. I am truly honored to be appointed to this position, especially for the opportunity to work with the dedicated employees of Phelps Health. At this meeting, among several topics, we discussed some of the methods that administration uses to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients. Last month, we heard from Jason Shenefield, CEO, who reported on his recent visit to Washington DC to testify before the Ways and Means Committee regarding issues impacting Rural Healthcare. I learn so much working with this board and continue to meet many wonderful people at Phelps Health. This organization employs approximately 2000 people who strive to make this community a healthy place to live.

Working with this Board is one way I choose to serve Phelps County. On August 4th, I ask that you vote for me to serve as your next Associate Judge, Division 2.

I am proud to share that on February 24th, I filed as a Republican candidate for Associate Judge, Division 2, in Phelps County. I have lived in Rolla since 1997, when I moved here as an assistant prosecuting attorney. In 1999, I began my private practice, where I remain to this day, now known as Williams Robinson Wiggins, PC. With more than 30 years of legal experience, most of those years in Phelps County, I have had the great honor of working with many wonderful individuals in our community, both professionally and personally. I decided to file, after careful consideration, when Judge Mark Calvert announced he would not be seeking re-election in 2026. At this point in my career, I believe the experience I have acquired has prepared me to better serve this community from the bench as your next Associate Judge. I ask for your vote to elect me to serve the citizens of Phelps County on August 4th in the primary election.
