**Last night’s training gave members the opportunity to work through a simulated rollover motor vehicle accident involving one patient who had been ejected from the vehicle. Crews were tasked with assessing and treating the patient, determining the appropriate method of transport, and managing their injuries.**

**Members also participated in hands-on vehicle extrication training, utilizing the Jaws of Life, stabilization struts, and a hydraulic ram to remove doors and perform a dash roll, allowing access to and the safe removal of trapped occupants.**

**This realistic scenario provided valuable experience in patient care, scene management, vehicle stabilization, and extrication techniques, helping members maintain and strengthen the skills needed for real-world emergencies.** 🚒🚑💪

Community service goes beyond the calls we answer.

More than 90% of the AmCare team volunteers in their communities, giving their time and experience to help others both on and off the clock.

We’re proud of the people who make up the AmCare team. 🧡
