We would like to inform you that This issue is part of Major Outage 26ners147612 - IOF - Fiber Failure. We’ve discovered a damaged cable and have dispatched our technicians to repair and restore your service. Please know that we’re doing everything possible to expedite the process.

AT&T's field construction team is currently splicing in a new section of fiber optic cable in order to restore your service. Current ETR: 04/15/2026 12:55:28

Your patience is highly appreciated, we regret any inconvenience caused.

Here at SVI, we are limited to AT&T as our source for the fiber to our towers. Although you have options to find your internet services with national providers, we thank you for loyalty and patience with these matters.

I'm very sorry to report that we still don't have any new information for the subscribers of our Hadley tower.

Good News Everyone!

Many of you may have noticed the new SVI tower in Carvers. Becky and Chris are out checking radio alignments in Carvers, Shoshone Estates, Manley Ranch and Senita Courts, as needed, in order to move customers to the new tower.
