If it slipped your mind, no worries! Now is a great time to get it taken care of before the busy season distracts you again.
A few helpful reminders to keep things running smoothly:
You’ll need your State of Idaho approval first. The county can only process your application once the state has signed off.
Your current license expires July 31, so submitting early helps avoid any last minute stress.
Commissioners meet on Mondays, and the final meeting before the deadline is July 27. To make that agenda, we recommend submitting your county application by July 24.

The official deadline is still July 31, 2026, but early submissions make the process easier for everyone.

Attention Minidoka County business owners!
The 2026–2027 Alcoholic Beverage/Liquor License Application is officially posted online. Yes, it’s thrilling, we thought so too.

Before you rush to submit:
Make sure your state approval is done first. The county can’t approve what the state hasn’t.
Your old license expires July 31, so unless you enjoy last minute chaos, plan ahead.
The County Commissioners last meeting before your old one expires is July 27, so getting your application in by July 24 is the smart move.

Absolute final deadline: July 31, 2026.
