Civil Filing Fees Increase

Updated civil filing fees for both District and Circuit cases will take effect on July 1st. A complete breakdown of the new filing fees will be posted later this week.

Office Closed – Independence Day

The Logan County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office will be closed in observance of Independence Day. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!

All jokes aside, a sincere thank you to my dedicated staff for enduring office temperatures that haven’t risen above 55 degrees since the snowstorm. Their perseverance has been admirable.

If you have court or grand jury in Logan County today or tomorrow, please dress warmly. Due to heating issues, the Court of Justice is around 50-55 degrees inside.

The Logan County Court of Justice will be closed both Monday and Tuesday of this week. Everyone stay safe and warm!

Announcements pertaining to “Group A” petit jurors will be given on the designated jury line when a new date is determined.

If you were scheduled for Logan County District Court on the 26th, re-notices have been mailed, and you may also call 270-726-2424 on Wednesday to check your new court date.
