The Call for Workshop Proposals is now open for Meeting of the Minds – Monterey 2026 — and we'd love for you to be part of the program.

This is CWA's flagship leadership conference, convening workforce executives, board members, and decision-makers from across California and beyond. We believe the strongest sessions aren't lectures — they're conversations. So we're especially looking for interactive, discussion-based proposals that invite peers to engage, share, and problem-solve together.
