Los préstamos con ITIN son programas hipotecarios diseñados para personas que pagan impuestos en los Estados Unidos, pero que no cuentan con un número de Seguro Social. Esto incluye a inmigrantes indocumentados, ciudadanos extranjeros y trabajadores no residentes. Tanto residentes como no residentes pueden calificar.

Para calificar, generalmente necesitará:

✅ Un número ITIN válido

âś… Comprobante de ingresos, como talones de pago, estados de cuenta bancarios o declaraciones de impuestos

✅ Al menos 2 años de historial de ingresos estables

ITIN loans are mortgage programs for people who pay U.S. taxes but don’t have a Social Security Number — including undocumented immigrants, foreign nationals, and non-resident workers. Both residents and non-residents are eligible.

To qualify you’ll generally need:

âś… A valid ITIN number

✅ Proof of income — pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns

âś… At least 2 years of stable income history

✅ A down payment — typically 10 to 20 percent

âś… A credit score of 600+ OR alternative credit like rent or utility history
