Sage & Madison was the perfect backdrop for the taping of an episode of The Golden Life on E!, with Candace Bushnell joining the cast and talking about her book One Fifth Avenue. 📚✨

And if you know Chris Sage, you know he knows how to throw a party, especially in that exquisite backyard. Delicious bites, yummy pizza, great conversation and plenty of summer energy. 🍕🥂

I also loved the beautiful summer pop-ups this summer especially the gorgeous home collection by kiinhome 🏡✨

The temporary traffic experiment is ending after Labor Day but the County Road 39 traffic problem isn’t.

Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine wants New York State to take over CR 39, arguing the road needs major investment to handle the traffic it carries.

Should New York State take over County Road 39?

🔵 YES • We need a bigger solution
🔴 NO • Keep it under county control

Apollo in the Hamptons understood the assignment.

Brownstone. Estelle. Bobby Brown. DJ Aktive. DJ Cassidy’s Pass the Mic. Great music, great people and plenty of dancing. 💃🏾

Seeing so many familiar Sag Harbor faces made it even more special. Harlem and Sag Harbor have shared a connection for generations, and that history was definitely in the room.

I came to cover the event. They told me, “Have a great time.” Mission accomplished!

The party was incredible. The purpose was even bigger: preserving the Apollo and its Harlem legacy.

MENOPAUSE & SLEEP | PART 1 🌙
A Conversation with Kevin Menard

Why are so many women waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning during perimenopause and menopause?

I sat down with Sag Harbor acupuncturist Kevin Menard to talk about sleep, changing hormones and how Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approaches those middle-of-the-night wake-ups.

Kevin explains the TCM belief that 1–3 a.m. is associated with the Liver meridian. This is different from the liver in Western medicine, which performs vital functions including processing nutrients and medications, producing bile, regulating blood sugar, storing nutrients and helping the body process hormones.

It’s important to make that distinction: waking up between 1–3 a.m. does not mean there is something wrong with your liver. The connection Kevin discusses is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, not an established Western medical diagnosis.

Apparently, all it takes is a restaurant not opening when expected. 😂

The Corner didn’t open this summer as planned, and naturally people have questions, but questions and rumors aren’t the same as facts.

The original vision was for The Corner to be a year-round neighborhood spot, and I think we can all agree Sag Harbor could use more of that. ❤️

For now, we wait to see what comes next.
