Saint Ansgar Rescue is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteer emergency medical responders, serving the towns of Saint Ansgar, Stacyville and rural areas. We do not transport the patient to the medical facility.

Today we want to recognize and thank Ed Kleinwort, an incredible member of our rescue squad for nearly 40 years of dedicated volunteer service.

Through every call, every long night, and countless hours behind the scenes, he was always there—steady, dependable, and truly “old faithful.” His commitment, selflessness, and quiet strength have made a lasting impact on our team and the community we serve.

Thank you for your years of service, your sacrifice, and everything you’ve given, Ed. Congratulations on this remarkable milestone—you’ve truly made a difference 💙
