❗️ Due to extreme weather conditions on Friday, January 23, 2026, ALL COURT PROCEEDINGS for the Kane County 16th Judicial Circuit Court will be held remotely on Zoom at https://www.kanecourt.org❗️

For the safety of court goers and staff, ALL Kane County Courthouses will be PHYSICALLY CLOSED including Aurora, Elgin, and Kane Branch Courts, Kane County Courthouse (3rd St. Courthouse), Kane County Judicial Center, and Kane County Juvenile Justice Center Court.

The Kane County Circuit Clerk's Office, including all Circuit Clerk's Office satellite locations, will be also be physically closed.
