While reaching out to lawyers we heard it over and over again, "Kane County is pro-mom and anti-dad", while the Illinois law insists there is no such thing. It is our hope to gain awareness and attention to the corruption going on within the Kane County, IL family courts and put a stop to it.

The BIGGEST piece of advice I can give….HIRE A REPORTER!!! Kane county does NOT provide a reporter in their family court. If appealing a case, you depend on a bystander report (your account of what was said) to be filed. HOWEVER!!!!….the judge that ruled against you must SIGN your statement. Yup, you heard that….the judge that behaved immorally and unethically must sign your account of the immoral and unethical things that he said! *Keith Johnson* cough cough. 🤧
Oh AND the Kane County Chief Judge’s office ignores complaints about their judges. 😊

It is no secret that Kane County, IL has Family Court Judges, Attorneys, and GALs participating in a plethora of illegal activity, including but not limited to, perjury, illegal ex parte communication, conspiracy, and more. Please share this post in hopes of reaching as MANY people as possible as we would love nothing more than to infiltrate this page with stories, especially fathers, who have fallen victim to the Kane County, IL Family Court system.
