Together, we’ll keep building a city we’re proud to call home. Our city is strongest when we work together. As your City Commissioner, I believe that community issues must be solved by the community—through open dialogue, shared responsibility, and genuine collaboration between residents and city leaders. We must make smart development choices that not only respect the character of St. Joseph but

also create flexible spaces that serve people, families, and events of all kinds. Our downtown and neighborhoods should be vibrant, inclusive, and adaptable to the changing needs of our community. Above all, I’m committed to improving communication between the City Commission and the people of St. We must stop the spread of misinformation by promoting transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. That means creating more opportunities for citizens to be informed and have a meaningful voice in local decisions.

So flipping cool!

I had the pleasure of watching the Great Republic come into the Port of St. Joseph–Benton Harbor!

Fun fact: Our harbor has been a Great Lakes shipping port for more than 150 years, moving cargo like grain, coal and salt. Pretty amazing to watch these massive freighters navigate right into our backyard!
