Introducing our new DECA Officer Team for 2026-2027

President Rylee Neer: Represents the "Entrepreneurial" and "Management" elements. She is the chief executive responsible for establishing the chapter's vision, presiding over meetings, and ensuring that other officers have the resources they need.
VP of Leadership Ben Williams: Focuses on the "Emerging Leaders" element. Ben manages non-competitive career and leadership activities, such as leadership training and mentorship programs.
VP of Career Development Holden Williams: Represents the "Careers" element. He oversees all aspects of competitive events, including member preparation, performance tracking, and conference registration.
VP of Marketing Miriam Burmaster: Manages the "Marketing" element. Responsibilities include initial member recruitment, branding, social media presence, and public relations.
VP of Finance Garrett Holman: Oversees the "Finance" element. This role handles the chapter budget, accounting, membership dues, and fundraising efforts.
VP of Hospitality Emma Cleveland: Focuses on the "Hospitality" element. She is responsible for making members feel welcome, organizing social events, and managing chapter meeting logistics like refreshments.
