Team Sub MOA Gear bring home more hardware! Scott Kierstead won the Terminus Actions American Rights Movement 2026 ELR East Coast Light Class Championship. Finishing with a 70% hit rate and 6/6 on the final target at a mile. His DesertTech SRS in 33XC hammered all day while he was wearing his team Briley Grace jersey.

After 2 years competing in PRS I have finalized what my match belt looks like. It consists of 2 AICS SA mag holsters, a brass bag, Kestrel Holster, and gravity holster. Back on the Precision R***e Series grind shooting Buck Creek Finale. Finished in 12th against an excellent field, and posted my best score yet 89.9%. Special thanks to XLR Industries for sponsoring the finale. I got a 30% certificate for my club placement!

Sub MOA Gear, DesertTech, and Kierstead sweep at the East Coast ELR American Rights Movement Pro-Am at Thunder Valley Precision. Scott Kierstead placed first in Pro, and Conner Kierstead placed first in amateur, resulting in a team win! They are both rocking DesertTech SRSa1 33xc’s with Vortex Optics Gen II Razors!

What a 2025-2026 PRS season. Very happy with my performance this year. I placed 11th place at the finale and 20th overall in the Great Lakes region. I have met alot of great people and shot at very nice venues! Very excited for next year shooting my new Zermätt Arms 6GT. I am gunning for top 5 and some podiums next year! ***e

Would there be any interest in a series covering progressive press reloading that can produce single digit SD’s? I recently got a Dillon-550c and can’t believe I reloaded ammo for years on a single stage waisting days. My 6GT will shoot .3in groups with an SD of 5 or less reloading with a progressive press.

Finally build a traditional dedicated Precision R***e Series r***e! Zermätt Arms Origin Action, Ken Johnson barrel chambered in 6 GT in an XLR Industries Envy Pro topped with the old reliable Vortex Optics Ravor Gen 2 4.5-27. With 109gr Berger Bullets this r***e absolutely hammers. Thanks to Adam at Caliber Gunsmithing & Repair for chambering this for me. Had a great time tricking it out with 3D prints to optimize it for my style of shooting! Stay tuned for results of my first match with it! ***e

Had a great time a few weeks ago shooting two PRS matches in the same weekend. This was a cool stage where you had to shoot 3 targets descending in size from 3 positions. Took a lot of gear to clean it as I did! Ending up with an 84% and 80% total scores for those matches. The 84% helped my qualifier score a lot. This brought my season score to 260/300. August will be a busy month with 3 matches and ending with the Great Lake finale.
