On Thursday, August 6th, the San Antonio ISD Police Department held it's annual Department Meeting.
The department had the opportunity to meet and listen to a few words from our new leader, Superintendent Dr. Adrian Bustillos. We look forward to the vision and direction he will bring to our district.
We celebrated Officer Harvey's retirement after 33 years of dedicated service to the San Antonio ISD Police Department.
The meeting also included the presentation of several awards and special recognitions. Additionally, Lt. D. Houston facilitated an in-house Resilience Traning for the officers.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all the donors and vendors who provided valuable resources and support to our first responders. 👮🚓🦮🐕‍🦺👮‍♀️🎗️

SAISD Police Department Command Staff Members, Supervisors and District Administrators presented at the Annual School Safety Summit. The training provided campus administrators with the latest knowledge and tools to support their campus safety and security efforts for the upcoming school year. 🍎🚓📝💻

Thursday, April 23, 2026 Officer Luera, Officer Cantu and Officer Martinez were sworn in as San Antonio ISD Police Department Officers by our Chief of Police Johnny Reyes Jr.
All officers maximized their opportunities with SAISD PD. SAISD PD offered $4,000.00 tuition reimbursement and a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus with a 3-year service agreement.
