Doors Open California | Sep. 13th

Take a Grand Tour of the 1927 Landmark Enterprise Building.

Visit to register for their state wide event which allows visitors to access 75+ sites including the and iconic .

About the Tour:

This tour, led by Enterprise Building Historian, Ryan Stanly, offers visitors a unqiue chance to learn about the site's rich history, starting with the region's first brewery and the visionaries who helped shaped the Inland Empire.

On the tour, expect to admire its grand atrium lobby, intricate architectural details, original Carrara marble-clad hallways, and recent additions including the vibrant E Street Alley Murals and .

Additionally, Mr. Stanly will present historical stories, photographs, and artifacts from his archival collection.

Visitors will leave having gained insight into the building's pivotal role in shaping the local economy and driving downtown San Bernardino's revitalization efforts, seeing beyond its stigma to appreciate its rich history and culture.

2025 Small Business of Distinction

Recently, we were honored by Senator Eloise Gómez Reyes as one of her district's 2025 Small Businesses of Distinction at a lovely lunch hosted at Studio D.

We share this honor with some of the region's most impactful community-based businesses, and one of only a few located in San Bernardino!

We share this honor with our team, our members, the city, and all of our community partners who have supported us since 2017, including the Senator and her wonderful team.

98 Years of The Historic Enterprise Building.

Opened Saturday May 14th, 1927 as The Andreson Building (the largest, grandest, most modern, and most expensive office structure in the region built with local workers and materials).

In 2017, the Stanly Family made a commitment to restore the building into a grand center for entrepreneurs, entertainment, and the community. We are excited to share that we have achieved nearly 80,00 visitors since reopening these doors!

We want to thank our team members for their support and hard work over the years to make the dream a reality.

Thank you to our tenants who chose to root and grow their businesses here in downtown San Bernardino.

And thank you to our those who have booked an event at and the local community partners who have closely supported us.

It has been a fulfilling journey to build this community and see how far downtown has come.

The summer months can be extremely tough for us due to higher electricity costs, so we would be extremely grateful if you chose to rent an office or book your event with us this summer!

A new vibe filled cafe with sweet treats is under development in the Merchants Atrium at The Enterprise Building planned for early 2025.

Developed by a successful cupcake entrepreneur, selling over 15,000 cupcakes! You can order cupcakes for catering today from their website!

ABOUT THEM:
The Bookmark will be a café that celebrates diversity in storytelling. Along with their bespoke café menu, they aim to curate books, comics, and films created by or featuring people of color. As a black-owned, women-owned business, they know that the elements of who they are to create a unique experience of the world we live in.

The Bookmark is unique in its mission to serve as a community third space for people who enjoy media that includes social, cultural, and ethnic diversity in narratives. As they serve food and host events, their mission is to foster a space where people are reminded to be the main characters of their own life stories. They hope that you will add a visit to The Bookmark in your story.

The beloved Redlands Bookstore's second ever location is now open at here at The Historic Enterprise Building in Downtown San Bernardino.

The Frugal Frigate II is an independent children's bookstore founded in Redlands, California. Established in 1988 by Katherine Thomerson and currently owned by Erin Rivera, they will open a second location inside the historic Enterprise Building Atrium.

They aim to celebrate the joy of reading by offering a wide range of new and beloved literature as well as books for all ages (from babies to adults) that travel to the imagination. Additionally, they will carry a selection of bookmarks, cards, stickers, and merchandise.

Visitors are encouraged to browse the shelves, seek recommendations, and find their next great literary adventure. They are a very welcome addition to downtown San Bernardino.
