Officer Arr**ts 20-Year-Old For Removing Parking Boot 😳

🚨 A video that recently went viral appeared to show a 20-year-old being arr**ted simply for changing a tire. However, additional footage revealed that the situation involved more than a tire change.

According to the officer, the young man was attempting to remove a parking enforcement boot that had been placed on his vehicle. During the encounter, the officer instructed him to place his hands behind his back. When the student questioned what was happening and did not immediately comply, the officer placed him in handcuffs.

Bodycam footage shows another officer arriving and asking what charges were being considered. The arresting officer stated that he intended to pursue a theft charge related to the removal of the boot and an obstruction charge for allegedly failing to comply with commands during the detention.

The second officer repeatedly sought clarification regarding the charges and whether parking enforcement wanted to pursue a complaint. The student maintained that he did not understand why he was being detained and argued that the officer grabbed him before clearly explaining the situation.

The incident sparked debate online after edited clips circulated on social media, with viewers disagreeing over whether the arrest was justified or whether the situation could have been handled differently.
