Central Savings Bank is proud to award Chippewa County Family Project with a $30,000 grant through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis Community Multiplier Program! CSB’s member match of $7,500 helped secure the full grant amount and bring total funds to the project of $37,500.

🎓 Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree
⏰ Less than 8 hours per week
👥 Caseload of fewer than 10
💰 Pay based on education and work experience
🤝 Willing to negotiate pay based on qualifications!

🌱 2. Life Skills Coach
🎓 Minimum requirement: Associate degree (2-year degree)
💙 Experience working with children is a BONUS!
⏰ Minimum weekly hours required
👥 Caseload of fewer than 10
💵 Starting pay: $20/hour, with increases based on education and experience

💪 TWO DIRECT CARE POSITIONS
🏡 3. Direct Care Staff
🎓 Minimum requirement: High school diploma
💵 Starting pay: $16.15/hour, with pay increases depending on position type
🌙 Weekday night shifts available

We apologize we’ve been having technical issues with our Main Line phone, which has been out of order for sometime without our knowledge which has disrupted many attempting to assist us. We appreciate those that reached out to notify us.

We are able to accept drop offs at the office located in the center of the building between 9-4pm daily.

Many of these items are still needed. Thank you

It’s incredibly meaningful to hear how much of a positive and lasting impact the Arfstrom Faunt home has had on a resident’s life.

We recently received a comment from a resident who said, “I received support from many kind, caring, and dedicated staff members. I learned valuable life skills that I continue to use every day.” They went on to say, “Anytime I call the home, Mackenzie and Corin, two daytime staff members, always offer support, encouragement, and a helping hand whenever possible.”

No home is perfect every day, but what truly matters is the commitment to supporting residents, working through challenges together, and helping each person build skills for their future. Knowing that the lessons, encouragement, and life skills learned at Arfstrom Faunt continue to make a difference long after a resident leaves is incredibly rewarding.

Testimonials like this remind us why the work we do matters. Seeing residents grow, gain confidence, and carry those skills with them into everyday life is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do. ❤️
