Surely the first of many medical malpractice cases against the ‘gender medicine’ industry. The NY Times tries to contort themselves into how this is an isolated case and is not representative of anything. But there are literally thousands and potentially millions of kids like this in this country and around the world.

These people always talk about ‘guard rails’ but that does not change the core purpose/function for why this legislation passes, which is that insurance companies want it to pass.

Insurance and medical companies want another means of profiting from human suffering and death. They want to kill off poor people who cannot pay for the treatment for their chronic conditions. They want to kill off even people with insurance because they do not want to provide the costly end of life care for those last 6-12 months of your life.

These companies would rather you just died. This legislation makes that legal.

Socialist politics has no place in capitalist parties like the Democrats, not just because it is difficult but because it gives undue credibility to parties like the Democrats that should be destroyed.

Even if Mamdani wins the general election, it is still unlikely he will be allowed to accomplish much.

Buffalo's 2021 mayoral election featured democratic socialist India Walton beating establishment incumbent Byron Brown in the Democratic primary, only to lose to him in the general election.
