This past weekend MCYR attended the 10 annual Rally At The Rock for America 250. Great food, great music, and wonderful people. There were wonderful speakers and it was great to see future Governor of Pennsylvania Stacy Garrity, Congressman Dan Meuser, future Lt. Governor Jason Richey, Scott Presler, and Monroe County Republican Committee of PA chairwoman Christine A Wilkins.

Tonight, one front door reminded me exactly why I'm running.

I ended tonight's doorknocking on an incredible high after meeting Roxanne—one of 16 children born to immigrant parents from South Africa who came to America in search of opportunity. She served our country, was a midwife, and is now enjoying retirement.

Her story of grit, sacrifice, and perseverance is the American story.

Every door I knock on reminds me why I'm running. It's not about politics—it's about people, their stories, and the privilege of fighting for the communities we call home.
